Job Summary

Lead and coordinate IT project management activities, focusing on banking systems and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient delivery of technology solutions and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress by tracking deliverables, ensuring operational efficiency, and enforcing documentation standards
• Manage and oversee the Cheque Clearing System and Regional Banking solutions to maintain system reliability and performance
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align project goals and resolve issues
• Coordinate with vendors and external parties to ensure timely delivery and quality of services and products
• Lead system implementation, testing, and migration activities to support seamless technology transitions
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure smooth project operations and successful delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a degree or diploma with at least 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in IT project management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services to enhance domain understanding and project relevance
• Ability to mentor and lead team members to foster professional growth and project success
• Demonstrate proactive responsibility and effective interpersonal skills to engage with all organizational levels
