Project Manager - IT Industry

Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent platform projects — leading cross-functional and vendor work streams, setting the operational cadence each client requires, and carrying delivery accountability across the whole portfolio. A senior role for a seasoned project manager who can run several projects at once without compromising quality or timelines.

• Lead and manage multiple platform projects simultaneously — balancing priorities, resourcing and timelines across the portfolio so no project slips.
• Provide day-to-day project leadership across cross-functional and vendor teams — direct the work, remove blockers, and keep everyone aligned to the plan.
• Project planning and scheduling across all work streams.
• RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) management.
• Milestone tracking and vendor coordination.
• Change-control governance.
• Produce and maintain the Communication Plan, Weekly and Monthly Reports, Escalation Matrix, and MOMs.
• Budget and resource management — track project costs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability.
• Stakeholder management — engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Quality assurance and compliance — ensure deliverables meet agreed standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Dependency management — identify and manage interdependencies across workstreams and vendors.
• Risk mitigation planning — proactively design and implement contingency strategies.
• Adoption and training oversight — support change management, user adoption, and training programs for SaaS rollouts.
• And all responsibilities given by the direct manager.

• 8–10 years of proven project management experience, including managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, preferably in enterprise SaaS delivery.
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional teams and vendors across concurrent work streams.
• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in, or genuine comfort working in, a fast-paced startup environment: self-managed time, adapting to changing priorities, following tasks through, and delivering on short timelines when needed.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and able to use them effectively to lift your productivity and the quality of your work — Claude Code and other relevant AI-powered tools.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
• Preferred — multi-tenant architecture knowledge.
• Preferred — bilingual (Arabic + English).
• Preferred — prior KSA public-sector delivery experience.
