We are looking for a Project Manager – IT (NOC Operations)
- The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the contractor and the client organization, overseeing
- all aspects of the NOC service delivery contract. This role carries full authority to make operational decisions, sign
- project documents, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met within agreed timelines and quality
- standards.
Key Highlights
- Act as the authorized representative of the contractor for all project decisions and document signing
- Serve as the single point of contact between the contractor and the client during the full contract period
- Ensure activation and availability of all services within the defined scope of work
- Monitor and manage the work team's daily operations, shift handovers, and task completion
- Review and approve daily work reports before end-of-shift submission to the client
- Coordinate with the client to manage team replacements within the required 15-day window
- Ensure Saudisation compliance percentages are maintained across all staffing levels
- Oversee adherence to cybersecurity, confidentiality, and labour law obligations
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and support continuous improvement activities
- Submit monthly skill classification records to the client representative
Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing comparable IT operations or NOC projects
- Certified project management credential: PMI PMP or PRINCE2
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Prior experience with government entities or large enterprise engagements is preferred
