We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects within the
banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking operations, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation, with a strong grasp of project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure across retail, corporate, or digital banking domains.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage risks/issues, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience in the banking/financial services domain.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
