Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering fit‑out projects from inception to handover. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality, safety, and client specifications while coordinating all internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of fit‑out projects including interiors, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in line with contractual requirements
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, implementing corrective actions where required
- Manage subcontractor performance, site activities, and day‑to‑day project operations
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, authority requirements, and company standards
- Review drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure alignment with design intent
- Handle client communication, progress meetings, reporting, and issue resolution
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with commercial teams
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover documentation

- Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of project management experience within fit‑out or interior contracting
- Proven experience delivering commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit‑out projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
