Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver large-scale international events, conferences, summits and experiential projects from concept through to execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, production teams, creative teams, venues and other external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, action trackers and project documentation.
• Manage suppliers and partners, including briefing, coordination, timelines and deliverables.
• Support onsite event delivery and manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Event Management, Event Production or Experiential Marketing.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale events, conferences, summits, forums, festivals or corporate events.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from planning through to onsite execution.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to work with senior-level clients and partners.
• Experience working on government, sports, entertainment, corporate or high-profile international events is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
