Main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Project Managing the delivery of CLM implementations.
- Requirements gathering and deployment management
- Providing technical guidance around integrations and configurations
- Managing client relationships.
- Providing end user training sessions.
- Understanding industry best practice.
- Running design workshops and providing product demonstrations.
- Communicating project status and progress to all relevant team members.
Experience and skills required:
- Consultancy and professional services, working with and knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools.
- Experience of the full project life cycle.
- Contract lifecycle management system implementations.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
- The ability to own implementation projects through its entire lifecycle
