Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead post-contract construction projects from groundbreaking to handover. This on-site role requires 10+ years of construction project management experience delivering complex commercial real estate developments. Aramco projects experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction phase execution for projects valued $10M-$20M+
- Provide daily on-site presence ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and trades through construction completion
- Monitor construction progress against approved drawings and specifications
- Manage construction budgets, change orders, and cost control processes
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Chair weekly construction meetings with all project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements
- Manage project closeout including testing, commissioning, and client handover
- Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reporting
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years construction project management experience in commercial real estate
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Proven track record managing construction projects $10M+ to successful completion
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety protocols
- Experience with construction contracts, change order management, and claims resolution
- Proficiency in MS Suite and project management software
- Excellent communication skills for contractor and client interface
- Ability to work full-time on construction sites
