Project Manager Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

Arab Wood Industry LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out to lead and manage joinery installation projects from planning through final handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Manage and supervise a minimum of 2 projects simultaneously.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site installation activities.
• Lead site engineers, installation teams, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Track and achieve project KPIs.
• Control project costs and maximize project profitability.
• Prepare regular progress reports and proactively resolve project challenges.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in woodworking, joinery, or interior fit-out.
• Strong experience in the installation of:
• Kitchen Cabinets
• Wardrobes
• Wooden Doors
• Vanity Units
• Custom Joinery Works
• Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.
• Maximum age: 40 years.
