Project Manager | Furniture Manufacturing & Project Delivery
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional coordination across the full order-to-delivery lifecycle within a furniture manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time by driving collaboration between Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Installation, and Finance teams. You will own project visibility, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting while ensuring seamless project execution from kickoff to final client handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from commercial handover through planning, procurement, production, logistics, installation, and final delivery.
- Coordinate project kickoffs by validating scope, contracts, purchase orders, technical requirements, and payment milestones.
- Own project schedules, milestones, action plans, risk registers, and progress tracking.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Installation teams.
- Monitor sourcing activities, material availability, production readiness, delivery planning, and installation schedules.
- Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align customer demand with production capacity and execution priorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resource constraints, production bottlenecks, and delivery challenges.
- Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on timelines, costs, scope, and resources.
- Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, risk assessments, and escalation reports.
- Support project budgeting, cost control, spending compliance, and project closeout documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects within Furniture Manufacturing, Fit-Out, Manufacturing, Construction, or Industrial Operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and cross-functional operations.
- Experience coordinating procurement, production, logistics, and installation activities.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
