Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee game development and live streaming/social media content teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define tasks, and set clear deadlines and deliverables.
- Monitor progress across Development, Technical, and Art teams to ensure milestones are consistently achieved.
- Allocate resources effectively, including developers, technical staff, and designers.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide clear, structured project updates.
- Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
- Ensure output quality and compliance with technical and artistic standards.
- Plan and oversee Live Ops activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in games development
- Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of game development workflows (experience with FiveM or RP environments is a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work remotely, lead distributed teams, and manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.
