Project Manager - Luxor/Aswan

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of hotel construction or renovation projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure designs and construction meet quality and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards throughout project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide technical guidance.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain alignment on objectives.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Ensure adherence to hospitality design guidelines, focusing on guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• Industry Background: Minimum of 5–8 years of construction project management experience, with a strict focus on hospitality, hotels, or luxury multi-family residential projects.
• Project Scope: Proven track record of managing hotel construction or large-scale renovation projects from groundbreaking (initiation) through to handover (completion).
• Industry Regulations: Deep understanding of local building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Hospitality Standards: Familiarity with major hotel brand standards, guest experience design principles, and operational workflows (e.g., back-of-house vs. front-of-house requirements).
