We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Luxury Yacht Interiors) for immediate mobilization to oversee and deliver various premium yacht interior refurbishment projects in the UAE.

Terms

3-month project-based contract (monthly retainer) + performance bonus

Retainer: AED 25,000/month

Start: Immediate

Location: UAE (Dubai / shipyard / marina-based; travel as required)

Visa: Not provided initially candidates must already hold a valid UAE visa or operate on a consultancy basis

Potential: Full-time role following successful delivery and performance

Project Nature

High-end yacht interior refits including:

Bespoke marine joinery & cabinetry

Upholstery & soft furnishing integration

Marble, mirror & specialty finishes

Civil adjustments within marine constraints

MEP coordination in live vessel environments

Ceiling systems, brass detailing & refined finishing

Projects range from selective area refurbishments to full interior upgrades, executed to superyacht standards.

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Proven UAE experience as Project Manager on luxury yacht interior refits or marine fit-out projects

Strong coordination across:

Marine joinery & cabinetry

Upholstery & loose furniture

Marble & stone installation

Mirror & specialty cladding

MEP modifications onboard vessels

Fine finishing trades

Experience working in shipyards / marinas / operational yachts

Programme control & milestone tracking

Strong QA/QC discipline aligned with marine standards

Shop drawing review & approval management

Structured snagging & handover execution

Strong documentation discipline (submittals, approvals, variations, daily logs)

UAE driving license + own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project programmes

Coordinate fabrication and on-board installation sequencing

Oversee marine-grade compliance and finishing standards

Manage subcontractors and specialist marine trades

Lead progress meetings with owners / representatives / captains

Control variations and procurement timelines

Execute structured snagging and final delivery
