Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare project planning and implementations
. Responsible for timely updates on project status and progress
. Plan & monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
. Necessary Project Coordination amongst team member, client & consultant over project matters
. Coordination process in all procurement and delivery aspects.
. Projects schedule and cost control requirements
. Manage all matters in relation to the assigned projects, including billing, meetings, manpower, problem resolution etc.
Requirements:
. Preferred Degree in electrical/electronic/microelectronic/mechatronic/green building & sustainable or related engineering diploma.
. 5 years of experience in basic lighting or building construction field.
. Computer knowledges in Auto CAD will be added advantage.
. Able to plan & monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
. Able to communicate with client & consultant over project matters.
. Knowledge in project management skill in preparing monthly project report, site planning, monitoring & control process and project risk analysis.
. Knowledge in lighting technology and lighting design or electrical engineering fields.
