Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and project governance skills to deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking mechanisms.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessments are conducted.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and successful project execution.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, and project prioritization activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience within BPO, telecommunications, technology, customer operations, or managed services environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
