Project Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for delivering a product or service project to external customers.
• Accountable for project revenue, profitability, and overall performance.
• Develops and implements best practices across multiple customers or within the Business Line.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance and successful delivery of the project.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Organize project kickoff meetings and ensure all project requirements are completed in line with company procedures.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the project management system, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Implement and manage project controls, including contract management, claims management, risk management, and change management.
• Identify and mitigate project scope changes through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Provide regular project updates and forecasts covering project completion, cash milestones, margins, on-time delivery, and resource requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project administration matters with the customer.
• Foster effective collaboration between engineering teams, systems, and project packages where applicable.
• Document lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities for future reference.
• Lead and coordinate all project team members and functions, including engineering, project services, manufacturing, and other stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and alignment.
