MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of LV switchgear projects including MDBs, SMDBs, MCCs, PCCs, and synchronization panels.
  • Develop project execution plans, monitor schedules, and ensure timely completion of all manufacturing and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate daily with engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and quality departments to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.
  • Review project specifications, approved drawings, BOQs, and customer requirements prior to production release.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and resource utilization to ensure profitability and budget control.
  • Follow up material availability and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages affecting production schedules.
  • Lead project progress meetings and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
  • Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and consultants and ensure all technical comments are properly addressed.
  • Ensure all manufactured panels comply with IEC 61439 standards, project specifications, and internal quality requirements.
  • Handle client communications, technical clarifications, project documentation, and delivery coordination.
  • Identify project risks, manufacturing constraints, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Support site teams during installation, energization, and project close-out when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in LV switchgear manufacturing and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of LV panel systems including MDB, SMDB, MCC, PCC, ATS, capacitor bank, and synchronization panels.
  • Solid understanding of IEC 61439 standards and LV electrical distribution systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, panel assembly, FAT procedures, and production planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
