Project Manager - MEP (Site Temporaries)

Project Manager - MEP (Site Temporaries) is a specialized Project Manager role responsible for planning, execution, installation, operation, and management of all temporary MEP services required during the construction phase of a project.

Unlike permanent MEP systems that become part of the finished building, site temporary services are installed only to support construction activities and are removed or decommissioned upon project completion.

Note: The Candidate Must have a strong Experience in Site Temprories management

Project Manager - MEP Site Temporaries (Key Responsibilities)

1. Temporary Power Management
2. Manage temporary power connections, generators, distribution systems, site lighting, and power supply for construction equipment.
3. Temporary Water Supply
4. Oversee temporary water connections, storage tanks, pumping systems, and water distribution for construction activities.
5. Site Lighting
6. Ensure adequate temporary lighting for site operations, night works, and emergency situations.
7. Site Offices & Welfare Facilities
8. Manage MEP services for site offices, welfare facilities, security cabins, washrooms, and accommodation areas.
9. Temporary HVAC Systems
10. Provide and maintain temporary air conditioning and ventilation systems for offices and welfare facilities.
11. Fire & Life Safety
12. Ensure temporary fire protection systems, emergency lighting, and life safety measures are in place and compliant.
13. Utility Coordination
14. Coordinate with utility providers and authorities for temporary service approvals and connections.
15. Construction Logistics Support
16. Support power and utility requirements for cranes, hoists, workshops, batching plants, and site facilities.
17. Budget & Cost Control
18. Monitor utility consumption, manage temporary services budgets, and optimize operating costs.
19. Health, Safety & Compliance
20. Ensure all temporary MEP installations comply with authority regulations, HSE standards, and project requirements.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in MEP construction projects Must in Site Temporaries.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Site Temporary MEP Services on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven UAE/GCC experience in high-rise, infrastructure, industrial, mixed-use, or mega-development projects.
• Experience coordinating with utility authorities and regulatory bodies.
