We are seeking an experienced and disciplined IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions, including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom web and mobile development. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in project delivery, a strong understanding of SLAs and quality metrics, and a proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 1–3 concurrent projects across enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development (web and mobile).
- Lead teams of 10+ resources (employees and contractors) across different functional and technical domains.
- Drive all phases of the project lifecycle including kickoff meetings, cadence calls, requirements gathering, design and status reviews.
- Serve as a key customer-facing stakeholder ensuring clear communication, transparency, and satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with onsite teams and customers to foster account growth and long-term relationships.
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery methodologies and internal project governance practices.
- Track and report on key project metrics including timelines, effort, quality, and cost control.
- Promote process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and client outcomes.
Desired Profile:
- 8–10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise solution projects across multiple domains such as ERP, CRM, RPA, and custom development.
- Strong exposure to implementation, support, managed services, and development environments.
- Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams in a structured and empathetic manner.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process discipline and continuous improvement.
Certifications Required:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)
