Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment
- Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience in project management, R&D, operations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
- PMP certification is a plus
