We're hiring a Project Manager with the experience, leadership, and technical expertise to oversee the successful delivery of complex road and pavement Operation & Maintenance projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven record in managing multidisciplinary construction teams and delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management of the Operation & Maintenance project in accordance with contract requirements and approved specifications.
  • Lead and manage project teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians).
  • Plan and monitor daily work orders and maintenance activities.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the Client.
  • Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly project reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Support preparation of monthly invoices and all related supporting documents.
  • Manage suppliers ensuring compliance with scope, quality, and timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in road and pavement Operation & Maintenance projects.
  • Previous experience in government or large-scale O&M contracts is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in reporting and project control systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.
