We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle ERP solutions (EBS or Fusion Cloud). The ideal candidate will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and schedules; manage RAID logs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, SCM, Procurement, and HR.
- Manage system configuration, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, IT security, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and ROI; prepare regular status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; manage change control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI Foundations, ERP Cloud).
- 510 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and related business processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS environments.
