We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of electrical system integration projects involving Relay & Control Panels, LV Switchgear, Protection Systems, and Power Distribution solutions. The role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, testing, and commissioning teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, manage risks, and resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Oversee FAT, delivery, installation support, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within Electrical Panel Manufacturing, System Integration, or Power Distribution projects.
- Strong expertise in Relay & Control Panels, LV Switchgear, Protection Relays, MCCs, and Power Distribution Systems.
- Experience in Utilities, Infrastructure, Power, or Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
