Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Project Manager to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end infrastructure project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk)
- Coordinating and collaborating with all disciplines (engineering, design, and stakeholders)
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements
- Supporting procurement, contract administration, and change management
- Facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and driving decisions to keep projects on track
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management (Urban, roads, utilities, bridges, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams
- Familiarity with relevant infrastructure Saudi standards, codes, and regulations
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project risks
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage (if relevant to region)

- Strong client-facing and business development experience
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
