Project Manager – Mechanical | Oil & Gas | EPC | Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical to lead and deliver EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the complete project lifecycle—from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover—while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical EPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, and contractual deliverables.
• Manage project risks, change orders, and mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE, QA/QC, and company procedures.
• Prepare management reports and present project status updates.
• Deliver projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• 10–15+ years of Project Management experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing Mechanical EPC projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Project Controls.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and commercial awareness.
