The Job Summary
The Project Manager – Corporate Network Team is responsible for end-to-end execution and governance of Petromin's Corporate network development activities and initiatives within the Kingdom, while consolidating the cost, schedule, risk and delivery information for oversight.
The role combines hands on project execution, regional coordination and centralized reporting to ensure that projects are delivered safely on time and within approved budgets and in compliance with Petromin Standards.
Technical / Job-Specific Competencies

Lead the execution of Corporate Network Development Projects including but not limited to showrooms, workshops, stock yards, warehouses, offices and related facilities.

Manage regional site execution directly and provide oversight support to other regions through Project Engineers and/or Contractors/Consultants.

Develop and validate BOQ's, scope of work, cost estimates and schedules.

Manage Manage contractors and consultants on site, including progress monitoring, quality control, safety compliance and issue resolution.

Review, approve, and integrate architectural, structural, MEP, IT, and specialist drawings, ensuring constructability and compliance.

Own project cost control, including tracking commitments, variations, claims, and final accounts.

Maintain project trackers covering schedule, cost, risks, and mitigation actions; escalate deviations proactively. Track, coordinate and follow up on internal processes pertinent to approvals etc.

Compile and maintain a centralized OneDrive repository for all projects, including: As-built drawings (AutoCAD & PDF), BOQs and contracts, Project trackers and Handover / closure documentation.

Consolidate and maintain project data into management-ready reports for the GM – NDM, including but not limited to cost status, delivery risks, and recommended resolution paths for issues.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Certifications
PMP (Mandatory)
PgMP (Preferred)
Registration with Saudi Council of Engineers

Experience
15 years of project execution
Demonstrated experience managing multi-site, multi region projects
Prior experience in working in lean teams with high execution responsibility

Essential Job Pre-Requisites
Strong site presence and execution mindset
High proficiency in BOQ preparation, contractor management and project controls.
Comfortable interfacing with senior management and external stakeholders

Languages Proficiency
English – advances professional proficiency (Mandatory)
(The role requires the ability to prepare written executive summaries, presentations, cost narratives and formal project correspondences in English without editorial support).
