As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Project Manager to join our team and lead the projects from tender to handover.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in translating our clients visions into reality by overseeing the execution of interior design and fit-out projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will be an integral part of our collaborative team, working closely with designers, architects, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning goals and scope.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses.
• Establish realistic timelines, track progress, and address delays.
• Conduct site inspection and rectify any quality control issues.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, minimize disruptions.
• Ensure on-site health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury fit-out projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong budgeting and financial management acumen.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
