DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize comprehensive project plans and schedules for the TASMU Platform, ensuring full alignment with MVO operational objectives, strategic priorities, and agreed timelines.
Coordinate with TASMU TTO and Platform Leads to ensure cross-stream integration and synchronized delivery of initiatives.
Monitor day-to-day MVO operations, track performance against KPIs and milestones, and proactively identify deviations.
Address operational challenges through the established TASMU governance process, ensuring timely escalation, decision-making, and resolution.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure operational continuity.
Oversee contract governance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service-level commitments, and operational standards.
Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to Ooredoo internal teams, including procurement coordination, resource onboarding, and vendor performance tracking to facilitate smooth MVO operations.
Prepare, consolidate, and deliver structured reporting across all levels of governance from working group updates to Steering Committee briefs ensuring alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making among TASMU stakeholders.
Leverage dashboards and executive summaries to communicate progress, risks, and key decisions effectively.
Provide overall governance and quality assurance on all AOP (Annual Operating Plan) projects, ensuring that each initiative is formally initiated through approved Project Charters with clearly defined scope, deliverables, and accountability structures.

Proven track record in leading and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects across government and private sector ecosystems, ensuring strategic alignment, collaboration, and successful execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build consensus among senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Deep understanding of governance structures, adoption frameworks, and performance monitoring mechanisms, ensuring accountability, compliance, and consistent delivery against defined objectives.
Strong ability to operate effectively within dynamic, high-visibility environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, governance discipline, and delivery focus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage for stakeholder engagement in regional contexts.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring data-driven performance tracking and transparent reporting to senior management and steering committees.
Skilled in developing and maintaining project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, applying structured methodologies and tools to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Strong analytical mindset to assess project adoption, utilization trends, and impact, leveraging data insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Proven capability to facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders, manage conflicts constructively, and negotiate solutions that uphold project integrity and organizational objectives.
