About the Job
Take charge of executing the MAS Notice 1012 project alongside other assigned regulatory updates, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, robust administration, and early risk detection.
Establish and update comprehensive project roadmaps encompassing scope, key milestones, interdependencies, risks, strategic choices, and financial allocations.
Direct cross-functional workstreams to map out requirements and execute updates across data, processes, Avaloq, Axiom, control frameworks, system testing, and final deployment.
Partner closely with key business stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and mitigate risks while driving workstreams toward their targets.
Lead routine project syncs and deliver transparent progress reports to both operational teams and executive leadership.
Draft and structure project documentation, including monthly Steering Committee materials, meeting minutes, and action-item trackers.
Spot emerging project risks, formulate mitigation roadmaps, and surface critical roadblocks to management for quick resolution.
Monitor financial health by analyzing budgeted projections against real-time project spending.
Skills and Requirements
Proven track record operating as a Project Manager within the financial services sector, specifically leading regulatory transformation projects like MAS Notice 1012.
Deep functional understanding of banking platforms and reporting architectures, specifically Avaloq and Axiom systems.
Strong competency in comprehensive project lifecycle management, covering scope definition, budgeting, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to brief senior executives and facilitate Steering Committee sessions.
Highly organized professional skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex dependencies, and resolving workstream bottlenecks proactively.
