Project Manager

Profile Middle East is needed in a young, talented professional to join an exciting project as a Project Manager.

If you have experience in Project Management consultancy for construction, with Civil engineering background, enjoy working in fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering quality results, we'd love to hear from you.

The PM shall provide support to the Client in carrying out the following activities:

- Expediting the contracts in order to assure the accomplishment of contract milestones.

- Provide the Client with support to carry out the control of the contract, so as to be able to report at any time, the amount already spent and the balance of each of the various project tasks.

- Control all the terms of the contract, so to be able to identify the need for contractual amendments, making the Client aware in a timely manner.

- Check and validate, according to the contract's terms, all the documentation regarding the services measurement in what concerns to Clients standards; and subsequently, approve and recommend for the client to release the payment for the Contractor.

- Receive and process the release orders for payment of the equipment and materials suppliers.

- Certify the accomplishment of the contractor scope, milestones and terms clauses and assist Client in the close out process of the Contract.

- Participate and attend progress and coordination meetings on regular basis to evaluate the progress, review schedules, discuss past, current, and potential problems, Status of Notification of Changes and proposals, status of Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), coordinate interfaces and resolve restraints.

Work schedule: 4 days at site / 3 days off

Must have:

• 5 years of experience as PM
• Civil background
• Experience in GCC
