We are a fast-growing real estate development company based in Riyadh, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with to oversee and lead the execution of our real estate projects from concept to handover.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. You will lead the coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects end-to-end, from concept design to final handover, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical and administrative issues, and manage risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
- Report regularly on project status to senior management.
- Participate in tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and value engineering processes.
- Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in the construction or real estate development sector.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong background in real estate development, especially residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Saudi building codes, permitting, and construction regulations.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
