We Are Hiring | Project Manager – Retail Design & Fit-Out

We are a retail design consultancy looking for a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing retail design and fit-out projects, with a strong understanding of design development, technical coordination, construction processes and project delivery. Previous experience in airport retail projects, including knowledge of airport applications, approvals and operational requirements, would be a significant advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the retail design, fit-out and joinery sectors.

• Strong understanding of design development, technical drawings, construction methods, materials, finishes and installation requirements.

• Ability to manage projects from tender documentation through procurement and implementation.

• Experience in preparing and managing project programmes, deliverables, budgets and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

• Ability to monitor project progress, identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

• Experience in managing variations, approvals and project documentation.

• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Knowledge of airport retail environments, including airport applications, design guidelines, authority approvals, security regulations and operational requirements, is a significant advantage.
