What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Certifications: PMP certification is required; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is highly desirable.
• Experience: At least 3 years in project management, corporate performance, or operational development.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, and MS Teams. Deep understanding of project management methodologies and ISO quality standards.
• Communication: English proficiency at C1 level or above with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset: A proactive, positive leader who excels at motivating others and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
