Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record in business relationship management, problem analysis, and enterprise PMO governance, who has successfully delivered SAP-based transformation programs. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, translate business challenges into structured delivery plans, and ensure disciplined execution across domains. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on delivery leadership, and stakeholder influence, operating across cross-functional teams, system integrators, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Trust

- Acts as a trusted advisor with strong understanding of business processes and priorities

- Anticipates stakeholder concerns and addresses them proactively

Problem Definition & Outcome Focus

- Clearly identifies core business problems and aligns scope to defined outcomes and KPIs

- Ensures delivery focuses on measurable business value

PMO Discipline & Predictable Delivery

- Establishes strong PMO governance, planning, and reporting

- Manages dependencies and risks to ensure predictable outcomes

SAP Domain & Integration Understanding

- Leverages SAP domain knowledge to guide decisions and trade-off and anticipates cross-module and integration impacts early

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Drives accountability across internal teams and vendors while maintaining alignment on scope, commitments, and expectation

Risk Management & Escalations

- Identifies and assesses risks early escalates with clear options and impact-based recommendations

Executive Communication

- Delivers concise, fact-based updates to leadership

- Enables timely and effective decision-making

Change Management & Adoption

- Ensures business readiness and ownership post go-live

- Measures success through adoption and operational stability.

People Management:

The incumbent holds no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to engage effectively within their function and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. This role contributes meaningfully, whether through operational contributions and/or by offering specialized expertise, guidance, and support, to ensure alignment with either functional and/or strategic organizational goals and objectives.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

- Proven expertise in project and program management

- Strong expertise in operating in both Waterfall and hybrid / Agile delivery models, based on scope clarity and program maturity

- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for agile project management and documentation

- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and business case tracking

- Clear, confident communication with executives and delivery teams alike

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to manage blockers and team dynamics effectively.

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Project / Program Management, preferably within enterprise transformation or ERP programs

- Hands-on experience delivering SAP implementation, rollout, or optimization projects

- Experience working with global stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors
