Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client representative; address day-to-day service requests and escalations promptly.
• Attend client meetings, produce meeting minutes, and track action items to closure.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly site performance reports covering work order status, PPM compliance, manpower deployment, and incidents.
• Proactively communicate planned shutdowns, access restrictions, and service impacts to the client in advance.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure proper briefing of site team before commencement of work.
• Coordinate with HR on attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, and replacement manpower.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the Project Manager for skills development.
HSE & Compliance
• Enforce Saudi Union HSE policy on site at all times; conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure all permit-to-work (PTW) procedures are followed for high-risk activities (electrical isolation, confined space, working at height).
• Investigate and report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions immediately to the Project Manager and QHSE team.
• Ensure compliance with municipal, civil defence, and regulatory requirements applicable to the site.
