Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery and support of SCADA platform projects, including IT hosting infrastructure, DC containers, OTN infrastructure, and substation configuration. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate with resident engineers, and ensure successful implementation of control room fit-outs, video wall installations, and technical furniture. Responsibilities include managing cybersecurity services, outside plant cabling, DCIM, and weather station integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SCADA platform delivery.
- Coordinate IT hosting infrastructure and support systems.
- Manage DC container deployment and OTN/substation infrastructure configuration.
- Oversee control room fit-out, AV systems, video wall, and technical furniture installation.
- Oversee outside plant cabling and DCIM integration.
- Ensure cybersecurity services (firewall, AV) and L2 support are in place.
- Monitor weather station integration and performance.
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.
- Laise with customer to arrange necessary approvals and permits.
- Coordinate and manage large-scale technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of mega projects within scope, budget, and timeline, maintaining high quality standards
- Address challenges such as integration of diverse technologies, large budgets, and aggressive timelines
- Establish program governance frameworks, monitor compliance, and support broader business objectives
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
- Allocate and optimize resources, manage cross-functional teams, and resolve conflicts
- Identify and mitigate program risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure proactive risk handling
- Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and maintain financial discipline
- Define timelines and milestones, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates
- Lead change initiatives, manage transitions, and oversee adoption of new solutions
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and monitor performance
- Work under limited supervision by taking full accountability of deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Proven experience in SCADA project management and overall 10+ years in project management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AV systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
