Project Manager
Mobility is the goal
- Develop and execute project management plans, including scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Manage projects from contract award through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues, and provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead, develop, and motivate project teams by assigning clear responsibilities, fostering accountability, and building capabilities to meet current and future business needs.
Mobility needs you
- Formal engineering qualification
- Prior PM experience in the industry is necessary – minimum of 3 to 5 years in the Gulf preferably in the UAE.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill and proven project management capabilities
- Strong leadership and coordination capabilities
- Strong cross-cultural awareness
- Proficient in English and Arabic both in speaking and writing.
