Scrum Master
Role Summary
The Scrum Master supports Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, improving collaboration, and enabling effective delivery flow.
The role focuses on team coaching, removing impediments, supporting Product Owners, and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Coach teams on Agile principles and effective ways of working
- Remove impediments and manage delivery dependencies
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
- Track and communicate delivery progress using Agile metrics
- Promote continuous improvement and cross‑team collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and delivery stakeholders
- Perform all tasks in line with company certifications, organizational standards, and delivery practices
Required Qualifications
- Overall 12+ years of experience (3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments)
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
- Experience working with Agile metrics and delivery tracking
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and modern software delivery practices
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
