To execute end-to-end construction management for high-specification, critical infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for project delivery from mobilisation to handover, ensuring alignment with contractual, commercial and technical requirements
- Lead and coordinate site teams, construction managers, engineers, subcontractors and specialist trades to achieve program milestones
- Develop and manage the master program, implementing mitigation and recovery strategies where required
- Oversee construction sequencing, procurement strategy, logistics planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance across substructure, superstructure, façade, MEP coordination and finishing works in line with approved drawings and specifications
- Maintain strict control of project budgets, variations, claims and cost forecasting
- Enforce adherence to HSE policies and KSA regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across the project
- Manage client communications, consultant coordination and authority approvals
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 12-15 years experience with reputable main contractors
- Proven track record delivering specilialist or mission critical facilities
- Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle from excavation and substructure through façade, MEP coordination, finishing, testing, commissioning and handover
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, commercial management and claims processes
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
