Job Description
Project Manager – Banking Transformation
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Work setup: Onsite
- Initial project duration: 6 months
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale regulatory or finance transformation programme within the banking sector.
Key requirements:
- Proven project management experience delivering large-scale regulatory, finance, or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT functions
- Experience managing project plans, governance, risks, dependencies, reporting, and senior stakeholder communication
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive delivery within complex, regulated environments
- Previous experience working within a bank or financial services organisation is essential
- Must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
