JASARA PMC is actively looking for a Project Manager to join our team. As a distinguished project management consultancy, JASARA PMC focuses on delivering world-class social infrastructure projects that align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing resources effectively. You will be integral in ensuring project objectives are met while facilitating collaboration and maintaining strong communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and implementation of project activities, including scope, timeline, and budget management
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks, and providing solutions to issues that arise
- Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 12-15 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or engineering
- Property project management experience
- Self starters
- Good at execution and project delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with budgeting and resource management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Can use Aconex, revit, excel, powerpoint well
