We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project and Quality Assurance Manager to lead the successful execution of technology deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality assurance, and hands-on experience managing tech deployments. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a significant advantage.
Project Management responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple technology deployment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project health and ensure successful delivery
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and quality assurance, particularly in technology deployments
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools preferably JIRA and QA tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement
- Certification in project management
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus
