Job Title: Project Manager
Job Purpose:
Lead end-to-end management of digital services and products, from strategy to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational digital transformation and Smart Government objectives. The role focuses on defining product vision and roadmaps, delivering customer-centric solutions, ensuring governance compliance, and maximizing adoption, customer happiness, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, priorities, success metrics, and business cases aligned with digital strategy and governance frameworks.
- Act as Product Owner for assigned digital services, managing roadmaps, backlogs, and customer journeys.
- Lead cross-functional internal teams and vendors to deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to quality standards using Agile/PMO methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs, service performance, and vendor deliverables, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance.
- Oversee testing, service transition, user training, and post-launch reviews to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
- Drive UX research, customer-journey design, accessibility compliance, and benefit realization to maximize value and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (Master's in Digital Transformation/Smart Mobility preferred).
- Minimum 10 years experience in digital product/project management, preferably within smart mobility, transport systems, or public-sector digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and service design.
- PMP certification required; Agile/Product Owner certification preferred.
