Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Initiation
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedule, resources, risks, and budget.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and align stakeholders on the project baseline.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional resources.
- Communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations clearly through a matrix setup.
- Track progress and ensure teams meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Resolve escalated technical or delivery issues promptly.
Financial & Resource Management
- Monitor project budget, expenditure, and profitability.
- Collaborate with Delivery Finance, Project Controller, and functional managers.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects in the matrix structure.
Risk, Issue, and Change Management
- Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation actions.
- Evaluate change requests and assess time/cost/impact before approval.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Stakeholder & Customer Communication
- Manage customer communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide clear, consistent status updates and progress reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage escalations when needed.
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and quality gates.
- Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all project artifacts are up-to-date and compliant.
Project Closure
- Validate deliverables and coordinate final sign-off.
- Handover to operations/support teams.
- Finalize financial closure, documentation, and project evaluation.
- Technical Office background
- Location: North Coast, Egypt (Site-Based Position)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates have 2 to 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in Light current system, Structured Cabling,Data Networks,CCTV, Access Control and Data Center Infrastructure.
- Experience in the construction Industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates residing in Alexandria are highly preferred.
