• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred

• Experience in IT Service Management / ITIL environments

Job Description / Responsibilities:

The role requires strong leadership in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timelines, and budget. The Project Manager will ensure alignment with business goals while managing stakeholders, risks, and project governance.

The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company's reputation and business.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Track and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
• Govern project through regular status reviews, dashboards, and reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget and scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and vendors
• Conduct stakeholder communication and governance meetings
• Drive change management and adoption initiatives
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes
• Manage vendor performance and contractual deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, and updates
• Ensure alignment with SLA/KPI commitments (if service-linked projects).
