Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager / Team Leader to play a key role in an upcoming high-profile project in Egypt. This is a unique opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team on the Detailed Engineering Design, Tender Preparation, and Construction Supervision of an Integrated Waste Management Administrative Building. The project is currently in the bidding phase and is expected to start around March 2026.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager / Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the project across all phases, including:
Leading and coordinating the engineering and detailed design of civil works
Preparing a complete and compliant set of bidding and tender documents
Managing all project deliverables, including:
Phasing plans
Preliminary and detailed design drawings
Tender document packages
Bid evaluation reports
Providing site construction supervision, ensuring:
Compliance with design specifications and quality standards
Monitoring of work progress and contractor performance
Full Environmental, Social, Health & Safety (ESHS) supervision and reporting
Overseeing construction activities through to completion and handover
Preparing and submittingmonthly progress reportsto stakeholders
