Projects Manager Technical Office to lead and coordinate all technical office activities, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping landmark projects and driving innovation in engineering and design.
What You'll Do
- Lead Technical Operations: Oversee preparation and approval of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Drive Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Manage Documentation: Control technical deliverables, method statements, material submittals, and QA/QC procedures.
- Support Cost & Procurement: Prepare BOQs, verify quantities, and assist in material selection.
- Develop Teams: Mentor and lead engineers, draftsmen, and document controllers to achieve excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in technical office roles within large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera/MS Project, and BIM workflows. Knowledge of FIDIC is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
