We're Hiring: Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects successfully while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Track project performance, deadlines, resources, and budgets.
• Communicate project status, updates, risks, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Project Management or a related role.
• PMP Certification is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• English proficiency: B2 or above.
• Strong project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
