Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, execution and handover of various Deyaar Projects. They are responsible for managing projects during construction stage through the project lifecycle and performing required duties to mitigate risk and ensure project delivery is within budget, time and quality parameters.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the project planning process, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Regularly communicate project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  • Allocate resources, including manpower, time, and budget, effectively to meet project objectives. Track project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Monitor project progress and quality standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain project quality.
  • Manage vendors, contractors and consultants and ensure that workflow is progressing as per the plan and agreements.
  • Supervise effective implementation of engineering, site activities and inspection schedules with adherence to all the procedures and audit parameters.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Document lessons learned and share the knowledge to the team to continuously improve for future projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 Years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Hotel Projects as Project Manager with proven track record delivering projects end-to-end.
  • PMP Certificate (or equivalent) or any PM related Certification.
  • Must have prior experience managing critical project closeout and handover phases.
  • Past experience in PMC or client organizations as Project Manager in construction projects.
  • Master's Degree in construction management related field
  • FIDIC certification
  • RMP (Risk Management Professional) certification
  • Construction QA/QC certification
  • Planning proficiency and claim management
  • In addition to developer experience, past experience in contracting is preferred
