Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise IT projects within defined timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and client-facing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and governance reports.
• Drive timely resolution of project issues, risks, and escalations.
• Ensure successful project handover and formal closure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong client, stakeholder, vendor, and resource management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certification

• PMP certification preferred.
